This building is dedicated to projects concerning the setting up of companies, start-ups or spin-offs in the field of medical technologies. Designed with medtech activities in mind, this building is a centre of excellence for the development of medical equipment and related activities.
With a total of 1550 m² available to rent (core and shell configurable according to customer needs), the medtech•lab building is technically certified to ISO standards 3 to 9. These standards guarantee a "clean" environment that meet the high demands of the medical field.
An open•lab space can accommodate up to 10 people wishing to rent a place of work. Further information on the rental price can be found in the corresponding menu.
The building also has two conference rooms which can be rented, including one 100 m² area with room for up to 50 people in the auditorium.
